IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS/ INFORMATION FOR APPLYING ONLINE FOR THE TEMPORARY AFFILIATION NEW/RENEWAL

Note:

  1. For applying online application for temporary affiliation, the college/ institution must have a scanned copy of self relevant documents as per norms. Size of the scanned documents should be not being more than 6MB. The scanned document must be PDF format. Application Registration Fees should be submit in (Bank Account details Account Name: Finance Officer Sridev Suman UniversityBadasha, Account No: 2166101013122, Bank Name: Canara Bank IFSC: CNRB0002166) University bank account. Through net banking/RTGS/NEFT and the application registration fees fee is Non-refundable. Which is 5000/(Five thousand Rupees only) for Private college/Institutions and 2500/(Two thousand five hundred rupees for Government College.
  2. In case the college/institution fails to deposit the fee of application registration shall stand automatically cancelled/ rejected and shall not be considered for further processing.
  3. If by mistake, the candidate has filled in wrong data, contact with university representative.
  4. For any clarifications regarding the online filling of the form call on University registrar office.
  5. The college/institution will be not responsible for any mistakes made by in the online application form; University shall not be responsible or liable in any way.
  6. College/institutions are advised to visit online portal for regularly for updates and status of application.
